4.         Discussion and possible action for approval of Lease Agreement between the Oklahoma Public Buildings Authority and the following for lease of space in the Investor s Capital Building, 217 North Harvey Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Melanie Bradford dba Melanie Johnson Bail Bonds, for the lease of approximately 477 sq. ft., 5th floor, Suite No. 504 for the sum of $449.97 per month, commencing July 1, 2016, and ending June 30, 2017. (Document Received)
